Mon: 8:00-9:30 PM (Co-Ed) at Mesa Community College Pool
Tues & Thurs: 8:00-9:30 PM (Co-Ed) at Poway Community Swim Center
Sun: 8:00-9:30 AM (Women’s) at Poway Community Swim Center
Sun: 9:00-10:30 AM (Co-Ed) at Poway Community Swim Center
Practices consist of a half-hour warmup followed by scrimmaging until end.
All levels welcome!
Must have an active USA Water Polo membership to participate.
Please bring a signed waiver to your first practice.
